SSIC has received notification that we've been accepted on to the Pennsylvania ITQ. The Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) procurement process provides service providers an opportunity to do business with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies and local public procurement entities through a proposal and evaluation, pre-qualification process for specific ITQ statewide contracts.
Effective 8/1/2008, GSA has followed suit with the June 23, 2008 IRS standard mileage rate increase. This mandate raises the privately owned vehicle (POV) reimbursement rate from 50.5 cents to 58.5 cents.
